这次到武汉入住武汉光谷希尔顿酒店，对我这个希尔顿酒店的会员来说真的是惊喜!首先感谢大堂前厅经理给我安排了会员套餐升级，享受了VIP会员的待遇，总台工作人员热情周到专业，让我及家人感到亲切自然。另外要特别感谢客房服务的张林，细致敬业，帮助我的家人解决一个难题。这次光谷希尔顿入住体验是我多次入住希尔顿酒店中最好的一次。

地处武汉光谷高新区严西湖旁。算是度假村式的酒店，有些世外桃源的感觉。自驾游或打的很不错，但公交出行有些不便。
前台服务非常好，礼宾部也算ok。
卫生情况不错。
早餐非常丰盛，味道也好，有许多湖北和武汉当地特色小吃。
酒店的健身娱乐设施也很多，夏季还可以去露天水上乐园玩水。
总体评价可以给高分。
