服务太一般了，房间没有拖鞋，服务员说自己找找，找了几遍没有，再打电话过去… 服务员说等会送上来… 又等了半天… 没有人，打电话到前台… 前台又说再找找… 好不容易送来了… 空调又是坏的！！是不是专门针对艺龙用户！！！

酒店不错还给升级了房间，但是就是吃饭说好挂房费结账的，结果退房的时候前台不知道，导致还要客人自己跑去餐厅找回昨晚的餐单费用，浪费了大量时间！幸亏不是赶飞机。
