位置十分便利，但是卫生条件一般，墙面有发霉的痕迹。最重要的是晚上3点以后就会把中央空调关闭，直到晚上七八点才打开，晚上睡觉比较热，这点不满意。浴室下水速度慢，洗澡不方面。WIFI没有直接在房里提示连入方式，还要去前台问，这方面的服务跟当今的其他酒店还是有差距的

服务人员比较没有笑容，房间凑合，并不比得上同等价位的其他酒店，要不是为了CFA考试....洪山宾馆订满了，我也不会住这里

多次入住。总体不错，比快捷酒店强些。吃饭在隔壁的吉祥酒店，需要点餐，没有常设的自助餐，但价格还比较实惠。临近洪山广场、洪山体育馆，地理位置比较便利，出门到地铁站，2号线、4号线交汇口。餐饮配套服务再提高一些就更好了。
