1. 晚上11：30到店办理入住，酒店台前台态度非常不好，爱搭不理的，不给分，进不了评价这界面，其实一分都不想给！
2. 办理好入住之后，让酒店开发票酒店，前台直接说没有发票，让我哪里定的联系哪里。
3. 索要艺龙客服联系方式先前不给，后来给的客服联系电话根本打不通！！通过艺龙app联系也没有人工服务！！用了艺龙这么多年这次糟心透了！！！
4. 我当时表态，如果你这个态度而且我消费办理入住又不给开发票，我会找消费者协会投诉，前台说：“你投诉就去投诉啊”！一副傲慢的样子。
5. 已经在网上定好付过款了，到店还要再支付另外200块钱的押金，是有多么不信任住客！
6. 房间非常一般，连坐的凳子都没有！

酒店很好。但我要吐槽一下武汉的的士司机。我在武汉三天打了三次的，三个司机一个比一个天王老子，让我啊本来很好的心情搞得特别郁闷。
