酒店地理位置很好，武汉国际广场走走过去也就十分钟，早餐在旁边的特色小吃街中解决。特别感谢大堂的王亮，我先生半夜忽然发烧，我打电话给服务台求助，王亮帮我们去附近的药店买了药，并送到房间。先生吃了药第二天就好了，也没影响行程。太感谢了，好暖心，非常棒的服务。

交通方便，服务很不错，房间设施也很人性化。check in一个多小时后房间还是没有打扫出来，直接免费升级了豪华套房。可惜没有欢迎水果

早餐厨师太闲了。聚集说话比客人还大声，真的没事干。问服务员纸巾，连盒给我，问她是否意思让我连盒带回桌，她说：“是的.”好吧，自己给自己服务。没有酒店自用的地下停车场，需要和办公楼共同，往返的路程不说，乘电梯的本地人素质高的很，不能比。收费站的位置也可笑，还需司机上前付费。可笑的设施很多啊。

一进大堂服务员很热情，帮我们拿箱子而且不收小费，大堂挑高很高、很豪华、很气派，环境很卫生，房间很大，设施很齐全，早餐很丰富，酒店旁边是步行街，也是台湾美食一条街，还有K11里面小吃，花样很多，还有百货商场。下次还来住。
