非常好的一次入住体验，服务特别周到，每天多给两瓶水，还给我留言温馨提示！酒店进入后，总有很好闻的香味，很清新！空调温度请了两次技术人员，都特别耐心的服务，让人感觉很温暖！

第一次入住武汉香格里拉酒店。交通方便，从香港路地铁站A出口步行2分钟就到达酒店了。出行非常方便！到了酒店大堂服务员很热情，还帮忙拿行礼。特别是前台王凯小妹面带微笑，很快办理了入住。特别赞！酒店还赠送了莲藕排骨汤，水果。很是贴心！一楼大堂有自助餐，品种多。适合带孩子去品尝美食。

酒店虽然有20年了是一个老酒店，但是进去以后一点都看不出来旧。礼宾部的Paul Li经理也非常热情，服务也特别到位！
