老牌的酒店，位置好，酒店服务好，行政酒廊的餐食和服务很满意，淋浴房的喷头太不好用了需要改进，下次还会选择入住武汉香格里拉酒店的。

香格里拉——春节首选。
春节考虑因素：交通和餐饮的花费，控制住交通支出，让早餐调节春节大鱼大肉。做到既有品质，花费较少。
下单前对比：洲际，香格里拉，希尔顿，喜来登，威斯汀，新世界，武汉会议中心。
结果选了香格里拉，价格优势，品牌保证，去机场火车站方便，离地铁近。
不足：酒店里又树了一栋新楼，空间被挤占了，目前游泳池不能使用。
表扬：前台Mandy Ke柯曼希和早餐厅Daisy刘欢，把顾客照顾的很周到。
