上次住过，忘记了，又来住一遍。
服务态度还不错。
房间略小，设施一般，用的都是过去万达文华的旧底子；江景倒是不错，视野开阔，面朝长江。
这个价格的话，在武汉，性价比并不算高。

酒店高档大气，去黄鹤楼很方便。为了能看到武汉的江景，加钱升级成江景房，江景房两面窗户对着宽阔的江面很震撼，但是景色没有想象中那么好。客房一瓶矿泉水也没有，想缝衣服，缝纫包却找不到，这种配套服务跟酒店品牌是不相符的。整个房间的布置完全不能理解，就像是随意摆放的。贵妃椅放在过道上，面对着房门，就是要让客人看门吗。想在窗边看一会儿江景，却找不到一个能坐的地方。整个住宿感受值得称道的地方，也就是床非常舒适。客房里配置了空气净化器。再说下早餐，早餐内容非常的少，也没有什么特色。点了热干面，很难吃。威斯汀虽然不是喜达屋旗下最高端的品牌，但也算是豪华酒店品牌，不应该是这样的服务。这次体验真的很失望。

床真的很软但是又有弹性，超级舒服，床垫下的床架本身也是弹簧结构，所以床垫除了软以外也有很好的弹性，美中不足的是由于是独立袋装弹簧，中部弹簧疲劳所以睡中间会有下陷感，总的来说真的是非常舒服。
房间视野很好，面积也够大，非常愉快的一次入住体验。
