酒店的地理位置到哪都很方便，就位于楚河汉街的旁边，前面是歌剧院，后面是地铁站和万达广场，我住了几天，白天坐地铁出去玩，中午回酒店午睡了再出去，晚上天气冷，就在楚河汉街散步，接着去万达广场看电影，酒店很新，高大上，硬件和软件都没得说，十分满意。图九是酒店的建筑

照片基本上都是第二天要退房的时候拍的，由于是晚上六点的车票出发想推迟一些退房，中午十一点打电话询问续房1小时的价格，客服说空房比较多免费帮我加时一小时，房间东西还是比较齐全，客房服务也比较不错（本人近视，眼镜掉到床缝找好久没找到，请客房服务人员帮忙找到的），各方面都比较满意，就是第一次入住，没人带领去电梯口，只有前台办理好之后前台告知前面右转，但是右转有几个路口，带着一推行李走错了当时心情还是比较差的，抛开这个，入住体验还是比较不错的，行李托管服务也不错，离汉街很近，退房后去逛街，直接回来取行李很方便，离地铁站对我来说还是有点距离，不过对于逛街来说，真的很方便。

酒店的服务真的很好👍，从刚到酒店就帮忙拿行李还送到房间，第二天打扫卫生也很好，护肤品多还放毛巾铺垫，真的是很喜欢，酒店的位置也很好，边上就是汉街，逛街吃饭都很方便，以后还来武汉的话还要住这家
