前台程果帅哥服务很贴心，热情又礼貌，必须点一百个赞。住过很多地方的万达，这里的服务是非常适度的，不会过分热情，又十分贴心，需要的时候刚好在。

首先是地理位置，楚河汉街A口出来走个五六分钟就到了，很便捷，然后，出酒店左转一百米不到就是楚河汉街的正街，好吃的很多，都离得很近。其次是环境，星级酒店一如既往的大气，干净，卫生，布局合理，美中不足的是电视机不能像希尔顿那样转动方向，浴室里也没有音箱，泡浴缸的时候会有些听不太清电视声音，但是浴室配套东西很齐全，浴盐精油香皂什么的，还有漱口水和乳液。最后是服务，前台的小姐姐很热心，服务很到位，刚入住不知道怎么排浴缸的水，帮助也十分及时，响应迅速，阿姨打扫房间也很认真，可见酒店培训是很专业的。以后还会选择这里。
