地理位置得天独厚；出行方便，地段很好；酒店位置位于市中心地段，外出购物非常的方便；酒店对面就是汉街万达广场；位置繁华；风景也特别的好；酒店附近也有地铁，方便快捷；旁边就是东湖和步行街位置很好；酒店交通很方便；风景优美；景观超赞，落地窗可以看到湖景；
房间非常智能，细节也做的非常有人性化，房间很宽敞，整洁，床品品质高，卫浴品质很高，地毯非常干净整洁,全自动的马桶都是酒店房间一大亮点，房间里每一个摆件都非常有考究，配套设施齐全; 卫生条件非常好，干净整洁；房间干净清爽；服务硬件卫生全五星好评；
细节也做的非常有人性化；服务员也很热情；真的太贴心了；大堂的每一位员工都亲切问候，特别是管家小倩，服务温情备注，让人有回家的感觉，前台小妹妹办理入住很专业；笑容甜美，很是贴心热情；态度温和，非常有耐心；服务态度挺好； 面带微笑彬彬有礼; 刚进入酒店就有服务人员帮助我拿行李；服务人员的服务意识绝对令人称道；这里的服务绝对称得上七星级；
