瑞华酒店是万达集团服务的标杆，第一次来住，都很满意，特别要感谢经理陈灿，因为我不了解停车场地型将车停在了负二，是他亲自来车库接我，并重新安排车位，介绍了酒店，让人觉得特别温暖。
