朋友强烈要求差评，隔音效果太差！半夜楼上的情侣吵架，简直没法睡！隔壁也是！说话声音那么大！晚上我们刚回房间！反到就接到隔壁说我们吵的投诉电话，真是奇葩，，，，我们连看我是歌手都打到最小！自己都听不怎么清！就因为隔音效果太差了！！另外酒店里面简直是迷宫！一点都好找电梯！麻烦！朋友说再也不住这里了！我也是！

周边环境是五星，因为我要去的就是附近。
房间卫生一星是因为马桶圈较脏，床单被套没洗干净，有毛。设备设施二星是因为在订酒店时这个房型是有wifi但到店询问后，前台的古月胡告诉我说你这网订的180几的房间，是没有wifi的。服务一星是因为前台的古月胡小姐在我询问“为何我的订单上说房间有wifi但给我安排的确是没有wifi的？”之后，不耐烦，态度恶劣并挂断我的电话。
想问该酒店的经理一个问题：她这样的人能做前台？
