我为什么要给他差评，因为他们的服务态度很不好，因为自己工作上的失误让我们来承担责任！耽误我们得时间。首先我续房时她忘记给我早餐卷，打电话总台说已经可以去就餐了，可到了餐厅餐厅的人说她们只认餐卷，拿房卡也不行，说什么也不让就餐，态度非常恶劣，还说了一些让我不能理解得话，什么叫他们餐厅和宾馆没关系，餐厅是餐厅宾馆是宾馆，很搞笑好吗（餐厅就在4楼，地方小，东西很少，只是为了提供早餐的地方，他怎么就没有关联了）
