差评是给前台服工作人员的 长得像男的一样 服务态度超级差 协商换房间 先是态度差的要死说不给 然后通过携程工作人员跟她协商 又说可以换 但是要给30块的打扫费说我人已经在里面了 我进去房间都没坐下 出差这么多年从来没有见过这么恶劣的服务态度
