硬件设施还是不错的，坑爹的是无线网根本是假的，用不了；电视只有一两个台，早上打电话给我说房间欠了10000多的通讯费，我连电话都没碰过，酒店管理太糟糕，乱七八糟，应加强管理，提高前台人员素质。
