下订单时明确显示可入住10~11层，到店时被告知是周末特惠，只可入住5~8层。出示订单截图后，服务人员表示是艺龙的错误，但是给提供了升级，才入住了11层。有些不满意。因为下订单时有入住5至8层的房型，才特地选择了可入住10至11层的房型，并截图保存，因为这样的情况已不是第一次遇到。
