余菊花大姐和吴小兰服务太多特别好，人很热情，房间卫生很干净，房间有免费水果，每次出差都选择这里，需要矿泉水大姐很快就送过来了，这里是不错的选择，大家可以参考参考，很温馨

服务好，环境好，卫生好。前台服务好。表扬贺经理态度。上下电梯需要刷卡，下楼忘记带卡会很麻烦，每次都要麻烦前台去刷卡开电梯，前台工人也很繁忙，还跑来跑去给我们，不好意思打搅也没办法，建议酒店领导改进。其他都很好的。

被携程评分4.9分误导。
设施非常老旧，前台服务没有4星酒店的水准。房间隔音不好。
如果评分4分，也能接受，结果4.9分，心里落差太大。果断决定次日换酒店。
优点：酒店早餐还不错。起码3星级酒店的早餐水平。

酒店位置比较好找，前台办入住很快，王燕和雒彦存帮忙介绍了景点和周边美食,酒店对面巷子里面就有万达广场，吃东西什么的挺方便的，房间比预想的感觉要好，干净整洁卫生，总台还帮忙打印了文件，提前帮我们打印了发票，服务真的很周到，这次也算是不错的旅行了，下次有机会的话，依然会选择住在这里，服务很的太好了！

感觉非常好，前台服务非常热情，特别是贺经理，解决了订单的问题，表示感谢。房间不好定，只能选了套房，也算是物有所值了，很大的两间房，有朋友过来坐坐方便了好多。房间服务人员也很好，会送来水。酒店位置很好，以后来乌鲁木齐都会来的。
