酒店前台服务很热情，尤其是前台的小马、小贺服务非常好很认真也很负责，大厅还有免费的茶，我刚到前台就有前台的服务员给我端上了茶，还主动帮我拉行李按电梯。房间住的也很满意，总之这家酒店的服务没的说非常好。

在四星级酒店里属很好的酒店了，价格不高，服务很好，各种房间设施都齐全，住宿条件不错。服务态度好，特别是前台贺经理，很热情周到。房间服务大姐也很好，真的是很热情。店里做的早餐，味道很好，小菜很多，吃的很好。真的是很好的酒店了。

酒店生意异常火爆，房间紧俏，不接受预定。很有幸运结识了酒店前台的贺经理。因为事情还没有办完，在这里住的比较方便，还要在停留几天，贺经理一直在帮忙协调保留房间，也看到她很认真负责为其他顾客解决住房问题。酒店服务非常到位。

很荣幸在前台办理入住时遇到了大厅的朱经理和贺经理，他们热情,热心的接待,一下子减少了作为外地人初来此地的陌生感。来到客房又遇到了郑红英和李早胜两位工作人员，她们送来了果盘和水，让人体会到如家的温暖和亲切。非常感谢。

酒店前台接待马健服务热情，有什么问题都会耐心帮忙解决，服务态度很好，感觉向朋友一样。房间住的也还不错，房间还送小吃酸奶，非常好的酒店。
