图着便宜选了无窗的房间，结果体验感一点都不好，到凌晨六点惊醒了三四次，都是自己吓自己，可能因为一开始进来的感觉就不太好吧，首先房型还是挺大的，还不错，设施稍微陈旧些，墙上门上会有裂缝，最不喜欢的是一面大镜子侧对着两张床，订单里说会有送时令小吃，这次也没有人送，不知道是不是因为房间的差别，还是因为上次在进行评选活动才有的。可能因为上次住的普通标间感觉特别好，就显得这次特别不好，睡觉一直在做噩梦，头疼。

把住客像家人和朋友一样对待，伊力特酒店做到了。中午吃饭时间下大雨，到前台想借把伞，可能是我去晚了，住的人太多，放伞的架子，都空了，好几排的。感谢前台小贺把自己的伞给我用，像朋友一样。伊力特酒店让我感到温暖。

房间卫生干净！服务很好很热情！前台服务很好！楼层服务员余菊花服务很周到也很细心！还免费送来了小吃，很热情的询问有什么需要？周边环境也很好，有很多小吃店。离大型商场很近可以购物。可以到红山公园去玩。离万达广场特别近，出酒店大门过红绿灯直上就到。离火车站飞机场也很近。下次来乌鲁木齐还住这家酒店。

好高兴选到了这家酒店，让我很满意，服务太好了，太周到了，前台服务没见过这么好的，小贺经理很优秀。不管哪个行业，用心做了就是最好的，酒店到处可见用心之处，前台的瓶装水，房间的零食，都是用心，服务行业伊力特是最优秀的。

Angela in particular was extremely helpful to me and was so so friendly, as well as Tony and the customer service representative (Erica, I think). Clean, friendly staff, great location nearby the train station, and very helpful customer service. Thank you for the great stay!

酒店地处市中心，交通方便，适合商务出差。房间干净卫生，设施齐全，住的比较满意。大厅备有免费茶饮，方便住客随时取用。服务很好，前台服务热情，小贺经理服务态度很好，乐于助人。在这个酒店连住3天，都感觉比较好。
