是这样的，我订的高级大床房，然后退房用了卷，可以第二天四点再退房，结果就是去了说一遍第二天打电话在催再说，很无语。
环境方面，是有窗，结果呢？窗户开开是楼道那种白墙走廊，不知道有这个窗户是干嘛？要不就写清楚，很诡异，也挺害怕的，感觉。我订的是高级大床房，可是感觉不到什么，其他家全季酒店也住过但是，这一家，没有其他家好吧……

服务人员素质很好，前台及客房服务人员的服务很到位。早餐品种稍微欠缺一点，但卫生还是搞的挺好的。有空再来。

和朋友一起来乌，住过好几家酒店，还是这家住着舒服，安保大叔帮忙拿行李，前台美女热情周到，楼上阿姨房间亲切，房间干净卫生，特殊日子居然还有红糖姜茶，意外惊喜和贴心哦[偷笑]推荐推荐！还有酒店停车场很大还免费，开车的朋友们首选！

五分好评！先过安检才能进入酒店，非常安全！酒店位置方便出行，酒店服务员态度非常好，服务周到！房间是简洁风，干净，舒适，各方面都不错，因为我们去天山玩，还提供了行李寄存，很满意，比我们在广州深圳住的某些星级酒店都舒适，推荐你们入住喔，不好意思没拍照片嘻嘻
