酒店就在火车站对面，因为离的比较近，只有一站路的路程。入住家庭房，虽然面积比较大，但是空调不管用，房间里比较热，总台给换了一间，好多了。有个服务员服务特别差，服务态度恶劣，还骂人，这种人也能当服务员？真给酒店丢脸！酒店的管理有待于改进！
