定的高级大床房，去了前台说窗户小就小吧，结果到房间，里窗到窗户还有隔间，走廊灯坏的，空调只有冷风，马桶充不干净东西。花洒破的，刚好对面也是高级大床房有人退了，我要换说要我加20，艺龙能给个解释么？我还提前压了钱。限制我12点前退，不然我就不住这了。**
