这是我本次出行最舒心的酒店，房间大、干净、性价比高。最让我感动的是，由于离店仓促把东西落下了，上了火车才发现，赶紧给酒店打电话，前台马上找并联系快递邮寄，真是太友爱啦！谢谢你们！

住宿办理、离店办理手续非常混乱！结账时，信用卡预授权完成竟然把别人的账单算到自己头上，而且多收100元，最重要没有客人签名，住过这么多酒店第一次遇到这样的情况，财务问题也能这样随意！
