前台服务态度差，不仅骂人，还说开据增值税发票是网上没脑子的人填的，消费者索要发票每一位公民的义务，希望酒店能够提高自己的服务质量，管理好自己的员工。

第一次入住这家酒店，当时接待我的是个大姐，年龄应该有三十出头，短卷发，不过挺漂亮的，说话啊，办入住啊，拉呱啊，都让人听了非常舒服。她说她是沙湾的，办完入住拉了一会。哎呀！实在受不了他们前台太冷了，脚下都出冰碴子了！懂得我脚趾头都肿了，本来还想多拉一会，可是我的抵抗能力比不过这个大姐，只能进房间，本以为房间也冷，一进去那叫一个春暖花开啊，前台是冰天雪地的隆冬，房间是和风煦煦的初春。真心的觉得又花不了几个钱，怎么不给前台弄个暖气呢？这样我们客人办入住干啥的，也不会懂得跺脚啊！好吧！说的多了，不评价了，很希望再次遇到这位亲切的大姐！

我是晚上很晚去住的，前台大姐说话很好，服务态度很好。说句良心话，酒店房间很热，热的受不了，可是他们前台冷的要了命一样，真心为这位大姐的抵抗能力点赞！亲爱的高低老总，你们不给服务员陪个暖气，就不怕他们撂挑子么？我这是为他们前台打抱不平！这么冷的天，我退个房，虽然时间不长，但是我就能感受到冷冷的冰雪打的我浑身发抖！希望这个建议高低老总能采纳！谢谢了！我不过是外人，说的有点多了！
