服务比较差，周三早上十点航班，提前一天周二中午到前台开发票了，但是住宿明细单需要退房后才能打印。开发票的时候，看前台比较忙，我们还特地等前台不忙的时候，下午五点多去开票，前台说明天退房直接打印明细单就可以。周三早上八点5分，我到前台去了，有一个人办理入住，我把房卡交了，在等前面客人办理完手续后要强打印住宿明细单，也说赶航班想快点，但是前台态度傲慢，开始说打不了，又说交班的人没给她说，折腾了15分钟，差点耽误行程。

很高兴入住这家酒店，靠近明园新时代旁边，打的过去的，前台大姐说话很实在，前台服务让我很是满意，我是晚上去的，就是门口保安太凶了，我就带了一个钱包，也让我过安检，吓得我啊！唉！希望酒店能管理一下保安的服务态度。
