入住这里是看到设施新装，位置还不错，入住三天设施和打扫卫生都不错，前台服务特别差，夜晚带了好几个大行李包回酒店，请前台帮忙从门口拿到电梯间，结果对方头都没抬就拒绝了，还好大堂的其他客人帮忙，心里很是窝火，早上下楼，到前台找经理投诉，依旧很很懈怠敷衍！如果服务不改善，以后不会再考虑入住！搭把手真的很难吗？
