第一，入住酒店4天，空调是统一关闭的，打电话给前台，前台态度很差劲，既然有入住，有住户，省空调费用吗？
第二，对于前台人员的态度我不满意，既然是服务行业，尊重你们员工，你们是不是也应该尊重入住的旅客，一脸的不情愿的样子，我是来入住的，不是来看您酒店员工的脸色的。
如果一个酒店不懂什么叫服务，什么叫态度，可想而知一个酒店的创始人和领导管理层是怎样领导的？
