服务实在太差了，打电话到前台确认订单，前台说查不到，要我晚点再打过去，态度不好。开发票服务员的态度也极其不耐烦，我说你拍个照片一会我下楼顺便来拿，服务员来一句开专票本来就很慢。我就等了十几分钟，服务员要我手机拍照，跟我说不小心开错了弄成普票啦，要我一会下楼来取。早点跟她说拍照开好我一会来取不同意，让我白白等了20分钟，还是得下一次来取啊，真是差劲。整个酒店服务效率差。进门的灯是自动的，有个房间是坏的，酒店的毛巾床单都很破烂。
