对于服务，我让服务员送袋洗衣液（自费），等了一个半小时，期间打了三个电话催促，我都说要不告诉我自己去拿，前台总是说马上，给我解释说人少，忙不过来，可人少不是你一个半小时都不给我送洗衣液的理由！我是懒得换酒店，但下次肯定不会来了，幸好要的是洗衣液，要是急需用品，后果就很……不懂得客户所需，不懂客户所急，你就是天天见到我说 早上好，晚上好，管个什么用
