第一次给差评，提前定好的房间，钱也付了，去了之后居然没有房间，让我们入住标准间还说把两个大床拼一起，我们要求退钱，就一直给各种经理打电话，没有一个管事的人，值班经理一点也不称职，耽误了一个小时前台工作人员给我们退了钱，哎，跨年夜真的一波三折！太没有诚信了！！

隔音很差，门也烦琐不上…还每次搞错 说你们房间退房 要么就说交房费 真是毁了心情 就卫生好一点 还有那个保安大叔挺可爱的
