这次住宿是非常满意的一次旅游体验，前台积极热情，山西女保安搀扶着我的老母亲，嘘寒问暖，甚为关心，尤其说说二楼服务员兰西平，态度好，服务好，还给我的老母亲准备了泡脚盆跟泡脚药，真是贴心，值得表扬，并且帮我们把几件衣服洗衣房投洗干净，还要说说早餐也是很丰富，环境优雅，在天山老城区能住这样的酒店太棒了，性价比极高，推荐。

酒店门卫保安非常热情，带领我们找停车场和指导游玩。还有酒店服务员很细心，在领房卡时见到有小孩赶紧给孩子送一个玩具，孩子爱不惜手，入睡之前还提供泡脚服务，早餐丰富。酒店房价价格也非常优惠，周围就是大西门，地理位置极佳。

卫生极差，对乌鲁木齐不是很熟悉，朋友推荐的结果入住很不开心，各种毛发，床单明显没有更换，空调是坏的，冻了一晚上，这样的酒店我也就没有给前台打电话要求换房间，因为我觉得没有必要，一间这样想必其他房间也是如此！不建议大家入住！强烈的不建议
