可能五台山景区酒店条件就这样吧，房间较干净，但设施很简单，地热，燥热，建议有加湿器就好些，好评吧。早餐很一般。

1.价格欺诈：10月3日入住酒店，到前台才知道接待散客价格才380元多一点（含早餐)，而我通过艺龙下单430元（不含早)，问其原因，说是艺龙要挣钱加上去的，并且前台给我电话说下次直接和他们酒店下单就可以。
2.服务太差：房间里面不配一次性拖鞋，找前台说是高级套间才能配，从前台开始推到总经理，找到总经理后我跟他提出不行的话我自己购买，请他们配就行，然后总经理说要请示董事会，直到退房也没有下文。。。。

酒店住宿设施非常好，房间大，很舒服，服务也不错，就是我们住的三号楼电梯不太方便，方向指引不是很明了，希望可以改进*早餐不是太理想，也希望可以改进*

干净、整洁，周边环境也不错，值得选择，与周边酒店相比，设施齐全，停车场也很大，是一次不错的选择。如果有朋友去，强烈推荐金都山庄。还有酒店推荐的导游小尹服务很好，让我们节省了很多时间，非常感谢，是一次愉快的旅行！！
