两晚上住了一晚，携程通过代理定的，自己选错日期了，客服给沟通了好几次也不能退，白白多付了一晚上的钱，还是要谢谢携程后台负责的人，携程前台的就一般了，尤其说一下酒店前台的，不厚道，随意报房价，比携程还便宜许多，下次不住了吧！

到前台后酒店说查不到我的订单，我已经预付款给携程了.给携程打电话说是通过代理商订的房间.让我再给代理商打电话.我要的大床房.代理商只有双床.我想自己加钱升级都没法升级.酒店说他们从来没有跟代理商合作过.是携程擅自卖他们的房间.我不住还不给我退款.折腾了两个小时两口子最后只能去挤双床.想劝诫大家不要通过携程定预付款.代理商的房间.还是自己给酒店打电话订房吧.还能订自己想要的房型
