说是按照四星级标准建设的酒店，大堂还说的过去，挂牌价也像四星级的价格！😓原本订的别的酒店，艺龙客服告知原本预订酒店房间满了，被安排到金都山庄的豪华大床房，房间面积很大，但实施实在一般，地毯有很多黑洞，窗帘遮挡的窗台上起码有30多只死苍蝇，空调没有暖风，房间里很冷，最过分的是洗澡没热水，找服务员，居然告知她也不知道哪边是热的那边是冷的，她在卫生间足足折腾了有二十分钟，浪费了那么多水，才把水弄热，五台山的水资源这么富裕吗？床单估计上位客人退房后，服务员没换过，床单上有斑渍，床单下有头发！找前台投诉，要求换房，前台给的答复是降低标准，真是第一次遇见还要降低标准换房的！原因说是钱没付到他们这里，付到三方了，所以才这样！真是奇怪了！早餐就更别提了，相对挂牌价格1080元的酒店，简直太不匹配了！总之以后去五台山绝对不会再选择这里了！
