吐槽一：第一间房空调温度上不去，打电话给总机等了半天不派人来，再打电话三催四请终于等来了一个工程部的，进来就拿着把温度枪到处指说外面冷这个温度上不去是正常的，跟他没关系。Are you kidding me？打电话投诉，刚开业一年多的外资五星级宾馆，你跟我说这个是正常的？终于来了个明事理的，换了间房，空调温度能正常上升了。
吐槽二：第一晚用了酒店提供的沐浴露之类的，第二天外出回来进房间竟然也不补。
吐槽三：大堂旋转门转转停停，我们走旋转门的时候被圈在门内跟着转转停停大约一两分钟，但是在此期间没有一个服务生前来打招呼，包括我们出了门之后。
吐槽四：离开酒店那天，背着包拖着行李箱，由于旋转门坏了，只能走边门，竟然也没有服务生来开门，更别提帮忙提行李了。
这就是五星级酒店引以为傲的硬件和服务，我都没有看见。
