五台山貌似只有这么一家好点的酒店，所以这家酒店的客人特别特别～多！多到吃早饭还需要在外面坐等排队的那种。可能是靠近山区吧，小飞虫特别特别特别～多，我晚上洗了个苹果忘了吃、放在洗漱台上，第二天早上去看，苹果上面全部都是小飞虫，不夸张的说，百十来只虫子肯定有，苍蝇蜘蛛也都有，但是数量不多，就那么一两只。房间的卫生也很一般，床尾的凳子上、沙发靠椅上很多污渍。浴缸也没有洗干净。硬件条件也很一般，电视剧还有喳喳声，电视台特别少。
但是，还是有可取之处，服务特别好，不光是服务速度快、舞台态度也好！我本是想用官网订房。不知为何用了艺龙定，艺龙就不能备注一些信息，所以，我定的房型没有了。前台的服务人员主动要求帮我升级了房型。
总而言之，就是，服务好、设施一般、卫生差。性价比很～一般。
