预订的时候写着含早餐，到店了说不含早餐，本来就是冲着含早餐方便才订的，结果到店说不含早餐，给客服看预订记录，客服说拍照协商，最后也没有任何回复，差劲，服务也一般，下次去不会再订这个了，好坑

同程上面写的2点入住，我们大热天12点到，居然说一间房间也没有收拾好，必须要下午三点才能入住～我们一大群人拖着行李，带着娃只能去景区等待～客服强调我们是我们的规定，下午三点就是下午三点，同程上面写的两点和我们没有关系～听到这个话真的很生气～我们一共定了4间房。2点打电话问他们好歹给一个房间先让我们凉快的待一会都不行，服务态度真差，而且接待处没有明显标志，就写了F区～接待处就在某个房间里，没有一个像样的接待处，也真够寒酸的

总体环境感觉还是挺好的～但是唯一一点不好的就是下午三点才能入住～我们一堆娃在大热天的时候拖着东西去逛景区实在是不能够～我去年来的时候上午到了就能办理入住了，也不知道现在怎么这样～早知道下午3点才入住，我还不如买景区的晚上票呢，这大白天的真是够够的，而且房子接待处也很难找到，没有明显的标志
