退房时，因为孩子突然睡着了，所以客服给延长了一小时退房时间，很人性化。房间设施不错，环境也好，要是暖和点景观会很好。就是不是景区自营的客栈，没有任何标识，实在太难找了！傍晚时分开着车在景区里转来转去没找到，打电话问客服居然说搬家了，最后找到前台，在一间关着门的小屋里，别说招牌了，连灯也没一个，几乎怀疑自己是不是订了个黑店，好在保安十分敬业，领路又耐心又热情。景区停车很方便，停车场随处都有。
