家庭房特别好，儿童床与父母的床中间还特别隔了一堵玻璃墙。洗手间空间比较大。很干净。

国庆假期，房间都满了，想多要一床被子也没有！早餐价格偏贵，比同级别的酒店要贵！还有出门较偏，不太好找，因为无锡在修地铁，要绕路，还有一点最不好的是：这店门口的道路边上到了晚上全是站街女，很不好，影响形象！

酒店位置稍偏，靠近运河，周边道路交通还好，停车也比较方便。房间很大，就是卫生状况不够理想，被套、枕套陈旧，地面卫生不佳，在卫生间内还打死了一只蟑螂。

环境还可以，离市中心比较近，打车方便，就是住的时候房间内有闻到异味，像是洗手间换气扇吸进的味道。总体还是可以的。

虽然位置有点偏，但是环境还可以，服务态度也很好，卫生也挺不错的，出门到火车站、汽车站都挺近的。
