交通还可以，就是出租车少，不好打！另外就是根本外面没有小饭店，吃饭要跑出去好远！房间够大但是卫生搞的一般，需要加强！

陪小孩艺考入住，离湖滨中学很近。房间干净，所谓的家庭房估计也是标间里加了床，所以空间小。好在出门就是运河边，晚上出去看看灯，心情不错。

离美术考点湖滨中学很近，参加美术考试很方便，考试时还有专门的小路直接到校门口，房价比较干净，热水供应很好，就是考试前夕房价涨的太厉害。
