酒店房间很不错，孩子们房间里玩滑滑梯不亦乐乎。酒店很贴心可以免费租用婴儿澡盆，见天冷每天还给俩暖宝宝，房间里一些细小处做的很贴心，例如提供一次性儿童拖鞋；卫生间有小凳子供孩子踩脚，洗手台有两个盆一大一小，小的在水龙头上还套上利于孩子洗手的塑料托，已推荐朋友们，以后来住就这家了。

订的汽车总动员房，孩子们玩的很开心，房间打扫的很干净，早餐也不错。但是有位女前台的态度差强人意，退房时问了下是不是能够给瓶水，她说没有，这很正常，没有任何问题。然后当着我们的面和另一前台说，客房水要收费的，3块钱一瓶巴拉巴拉，语气让人感觉不太舒服。如果直接对我们说收费3元我觉得ok，这样当我们面谈论情商是不是太低了点？感觉我们要白蹭一瓶水？！
