Super friendly staff! And to top it off, we arrived very early and we're just going to pop our luggage int eh hold until check in time, but as we got there they did an early check in, no fuss, and we're super nice and welcoming!
Very comfortable room, lovely drip coffee in the room too and super spacious shower with good water pressure !
Highly recommend. The amenities were divine smelling.
Breakfast had a variety, not very continental but still a great yummy spread.

选酒店“安全永远第一”，但还有了这次“万一”的经历！ 到无锡订了这家所谓2024年新开的酒店。该酒店是翻牌酒店，并非全新装修，结果淋浴房门莫名爆裂，且“无防爆膜”，玻璃碎了一地，万幸人不在淋浴，但碎玻璃还划伤双脚，太吓人！！！当天离开无锡，至今十多天，酒店方面尽然连一个没有慰问电话都没有。

衞生：乾净整洁
设施：很齐全 健身房设备非常乾净 早餐种类丰富 还有淮南牛肉汤??
位置：很方便 旁边就是便利店 德克士 再走几步路还有一家狗轰健身在春风里4楼
服务：前台照顾的很贴心 但是能看出和清洁员工沟通欠缺 我已明确告知暂时不需要打扫 并且按下了请勿打扰的按钮 结果勿扰灯没有亮 下午打盹的时候清洁员不断按门铃打扰 后续直接未经我允许扫房卡进入 这是不能接受的 请重视 来住这个酒店 一定要确保勿扰灯亮了之后再安心睡觉

临时到无锡办事，带小孩入住的这家酒店，晚上很晚才到达，但是工作人员很热情，没有影响服务质量。前台接待主动提示我是华住会会员用户，免费升级家庭亲子房。房间40多平很宽敞，还有泡澡浴缸，小孩子特别喜欢。第二天离店，前台知道我们开车过来贴心送上暖暖的瓶装水，并附赠了伴手礼，热情送别，服务细节特别到位，很不错的体验感。不足之处是房间内电视等部分硬件设施建议配套操作提示或指南。总的来説很满意，以后也会继续选择这家店！
