住的最次的一次亚朵，上海亚朵让出行必选亚朵，无锡亚朵凭一己之力，让我以后再也不住亚朵了！！！ 1:前台服务不走心，也不热情在办理入住时，已经主动告知入住人姓名，并把身份证给了前台、前台还继续问入住人名字，当时感觉就有点不太好，但是也没往心里去，还在想可能是我説的太快了前台没听清，但是最后这家店用事实证明我的感觉是对的，这个亚朵一点不值得住！ 2:行李寄存混乱办理离店，寄存了行李，一共寄存了4件行李，前台收行李时候并没有清点数量，也没有把我的4件行李绑在一起，而且是在我强调我行李里有2枱笔记本很重要前提下，他们都没有上心；导致最后我取行李时候，其中一个装有笔记本电脑的包差点找不到；他们把我的4件行李分别放到了不同的位置；最奇葩的是，找不到我的包，前台竟然随意从屋里拿个包就问是不是我的，这要是碰上没好心眼的人，真的给领走了怎么办！！！我当时看前台那副不负责的样子，最后实在受不了，是我冲进行李寄存的屋自己找到的包！！！这都要走了，还得给我点惊吓！反正一点安全可言！！！简直太草台班子了！！ 3:隔音很次，凌晨2点多隔壁屋客人喝多了，一直吐，我住的房间听的非常清楚，就好像在我屋里衞生间吐一样！视频是隔壁最后快吐完的声音了，吐的最欢的部分我没录到！

下午3点入住还没有打扫出房间，説是上个客人延迟退房了。前台小哥的态度还不错，让阿姨加急打扫了，送了第二天的早餐，带宝宝带给装了围栏。离店的时候小姐姐还送了两瓶热水给宝宝泡奶。服务非常好

第二次入住亚朵酒店，服务一如既往非常周到。因为我们带娃了，酒店免费升级了1米8的大床，非常感谢。房间电视很大，而且能投屏，还有智能马桶和电动窗帘，非常现代化。酒店离美食街特别特别近，吃饭超级方便，总之是一次非常开心的体验，以后出行还会选择亚朵。

Vehicles cannot drop you off directly at the hotel entrance—you'll need to walk from the drop-off point, and if you're traveling with heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it across a small bridge. Additionally, while the hotel provides a washing machine, it wasn't working properly during my stay, and I was unable to find any staff to help resolve the issue. Overall, it's a decent option if you prioritize space and a quiet environment, but be aware of the access limitations and potential service gaps.

我们订的房型不大，但是设施齐全，乾净衞生，前台和服务员态度热情细致。酒店就在南长街，游玩很方便。总之很满意！
