服务还不错，提出的问题都一一解决了，衞生也乾净，住了八天，衞生每天都会搞，有洗衣机和烘乾机，不排除有些人内衣内裤和袜子也放进去??????外卖也会送到房间门口，很可以。

这次入住真的让我非常惊喜，从各个方面都感受到了酒店的用心，?交通便利，?前台工作人员服务热情周到，办理入住迅速。看到我们带着行李，主动上前帮忙。每次进出酒店，工作人员都会微笑问候，让人感觉像回家一样温暖。
房间乾净整洁，睡得很香。衞生间乾湿分离，热水充足，晚上非常安静，保证了高质量的睡眠。?酒店的早餐种类丰富

金石商务酒店（无锡江南大学海岸城店）这次入住体验不错，前台主动帮忙升级了房型。原本订的影音房，説可以升到零压房，但因为位置在走廊尽头，又给换成了更安静的家庭房。房间挺宽敞，一张大床加一张小床，带小孩住也合适。早餐种类虽然不多，但有牛奶、包子、烧麦和现切的西瓜，简单吃吃还行。酒店位置很方便，离1号线文化宫站就150米，步行3分钟就到，去海岸城逛街也很近。

房间好多蚊子，咬了我一晚上，商家提供的电蚊香液根本没什麽用。
而且衞生不过关，床单是脏的，不知道酒店写的床上用品三天一换是啥意思，难不成不是一客一换？
玻璃也是碎的，晚上风稍微大点，就一直发出响声，一晚上都没睡好。
总之 不推荐！！！！！
