不错，环境很好，在一个湿地公园中，是一个会所。旁边有地铁，可以去市里，去三国水浒城不远，周边交通也不错。

因为处在长广溪湿地，所以景色好。从住处出去，一路可漫步湿地公园，感觉很惬意。如果有体力，可以一直往鼋头渚方向走，即锻炼身体又可更多地欣赏美景。丹青文化中心确实不虚此名，有比较浓厚的丹青味道，里面还有书画展厅供人参观品评，应该说，它更像一个文化会所。环境清幽，住客又少，显得十分宁静，适合修养身心。
