同程服务挺好，我还没到，单子已经准备好了。酒店服务员的态度也挺好，总体不错。设施方面，网络信号不行，这应该是个基本要求，至于其他设施都很满意。

按江南丹青文化中心导航会导到离酒店几公里处的地方，打电话问酒店才知道需要导国家数字电影产业园，然后再按路名去找。前台说没有同程的订单，甚至不知同程为何物，其实订单就在她抽屉里，也不仔细去找，还责问我没有和酒店确认订单。直到另一名领班人员过来才立刻找到订单办理。以上两事影响出游心情。酒店客房在二楼，炎夏酷暑走廊竟然不开空调，早餐是按份分配的，没什么吃的。不过有的服务人员态度很好，环境也还行，有个室外泳池，不过没正规更衣室。

酒店属于长广溪公园一部分，一个角落里。一片小湖，只能算小湖景房。如果冲着湖景去的，可能会失望。酒店的硬件设施很好，里面走廊很多画作可以欣赏。
