地理位置不错，在三阳广场附近，就是有点难找，在一条小巷子里，接待的小哥挺好的，很快给办好了入住，艺龙的订单支付的是保障金，后小哥联系我们重新支付下房费，本来是小事，我们不是很清楚流程，小哥刚好不在，询问旁边的小姑娘，不想态度很差，一脸不耐烦，似乎我们不该问她，十分不友好的让我们直接支付，有问题找艺龙，她不想跟我们沟通，第一次碰到这样全季的客服，也是有点醉，很影响旅游的心情，我问了小姑娘的姓名，叫：付晨星，可以投诉吗？会处理吗？不知道全季酒店是否考虑重新做上岗培训？

前台服务态度特别好，酒店环境位置也都很不错，附近有地铁和几个大商场，南禅寺也不远，玩得很开心，下次还会选择全季
