来了感觉看大厅就感觉跟照片环境有差别，要求提前去看看房，看完再决定住不住，结果前台人一脸死板的说，先开了再看，不行再退，好了艺龙那边不让退，钱已经付了，前台，我已经明确表示看完决定止不住，不是看完决定换不换OK？那你让我开了房再看，这不是绑架强行入住？事后你再告诉我不能取消，只能换？而且你们房间一进去感觉就是解放前，屋子一股陈年馊味，屋子画着掉渣的漆，十年不住的老房子，请问，你们流程还有服务人员；这么不正规；这里的好评是刷的吗？你们一脸死鱼脸，跟服务二字没有关系知道吗？钱被白坑了也不住。就当破财免灾了。
