投诉！4月5日下午2点左右在无锡海天大酒店前台办理入住手续，经历了有史以来最奇葩的一次入住经历。无锡海天大酒店是我在携程网上预订（担保）入住的最差酒店（没有之一）!原因一：不守信用！网上预订的是2米宽、4~5层楼层的大床房，入住办理的是1.5米、一层的大床房；原因二：前台服务员的回答让人难以接受，“无锡海天大酒店给网上预留的房间都是一层的，你可以给携程打电话取消酒店预订”；原因三：前台服务员的热情介绍让人汗颜，“下次你可以直接给酒店打电话预定房间，价格一定比携程低”。强烈投诉无锡海天大酒店！投诉携程（为什么要选择这样的合作酒店？）！期望携程和无锡海天大酒店对上述投诉能给予一个合理的解释。
